The executive authority of the College Student Government shall be vested in the Governor, who shall hold office for a term of one academic year.
The Governor is the highest position in the College Student Government which shall exercise general supervision over the Directorates and the Program Council.
The Governor shall appoint the Members of the Directorate; and may appoint all other officers as may be necessary for the management and operation of the College Student Government.
The Governor shall nominate a replacement Vice Governor in the event of a permanent vacancy, subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the College Legislative Council.
The Governor shall review all ordinances passed by the College Legislative Council for official approval and retain the authority to return an ordinance with objections (veto power) if it is not approved.
Retains the final authority for approval and exercises the deciding vote on all matters within the jurisdiction of the CEATSG.
